Holistic Spa and Wellness

This 13-week certificate trains you in the core techniques of spa therapy -- relaxation massage, hot stone massage, sport massage, reflexology, and hydrotherapy -- alongside the anatomy and physiology knowledge you need to apply them safely.

You'll also cover professional ethics, client communication, informed consent, hygiene, and infection control. Knowing how to work with people is as important as knowing the techniques.

Supervised clinical practice is included. You'll graduate ready to work in a spa or wellness setting.
